THIS TRIBECA LOFT underwent a full gut renovation while preserving its distinctly New York character, from the subway tile and classic tin ceiling in the kitchen to the restored original brick walls and arch. Sleek natural wood floors run throughout, while a soft, modern sensibility captures the artistic spirit of downtown living.
