THIS 5,500-square-foot Brooklyn Heights townhouse, situated on a prominent corner lot, underwent a comprehensive interior and exterior gut renovation, down to the original brick structure. The transformation included relocating the staircase, excavating the cellar to create a wine cave, installing an elevator, and adding a rooftop penthouse. Thoughtfully modernized for contemporary living, the home retains all the charm, character, and historic elegance that define Brooklyn Heights.
